Analysis:

       Born on March 1, 1994 in Canada, Justin Bieber has become a very well-known singer. The young pop sensation has been a fixture on every radio station since he released his first album in 2009. He represents a new kind of star who successfully took advantage of the Internet generation and turned YouTube popularity into a lucrative career. He really impressed R&B singer Usher, who is his mentor. In Justin Bieber's song, Somebody To Love, he uses many poetic devices and expresses his feelings about not wanting to be alone.
     One repetitious poetic device in this song is hyperbole. One verse with hyperbole is, "For you I'd be runnin' a thousand miles." He says this to show the girl how much he actually loves her but he wouldn't actually run one thousand miles because that's way too much. He also uses the poetic device metaphor. He states, "I can't find 'cause, money can't find me." By this he is saying that money can't buy him love. Also, that people earn money it doesn't just come to them.
      In Somebody To Love, Justin is basically saying he wants someone to be with. The chorus is, "I just need somebody to love" which is pretty obvious. He discusses how he would take care of his girl and do whatever she wants as long as she loves him. He also talks about how money can't buy him love. Even though he is very rich and famous he is trying to let people know that love is about much more.
      Justin Bieber has many well-known hits and this song easily made the charts. He has a huge teen fan base. Also, all of his song have a deep meaning, and this song has a very upbeat meaning. He portrays his song with lyrics that he knows will easily catch his audience's attention. He has poetic and literal meaning in this song.
